Marie T. Russell's Daily Inspiration The focus for today is:  I listen to my heart before I speak. Good communication includes both speaking and listening. This includes not only communication with others, but communication with our own self, with our body, with our inner self,  with our emotions, with our ego. Once we have connected with our own truth, then we are able to communicate it to others. However, we need to be able to communicate with love and without the ego stepping in to say that "my way is the only way". Everyone has their own truth, their own inner wisdom. And what is true for you is not necessarily true for others, and vice versa. When we speak from the heart, we do not judge, criticize, or hurt others.
