Marie T. Russell's Daily Inspiration The focus for today is:  The present moment is all there is. We've been told to "be in the present" and to "live in the now". But actually, we are always living in the present, there is no other option really. The part of us that resides in the past or the future is our mind... our resentful (past) or worrying (future) mind. As for us, the beingness that we are can only be in the present, as that is all that really exists. The rest is either memory, whether happy or sad, or projection, whether hopeful or fearful. So, let us accept that we are already in the present moment, the only place we can be. That gives us the power to implement our intention and love in that very moment. And be who we are meant to be, right here and right now.
