Daily Inspiration: Novenber 7, 2021

from Inner Power · host InnerSelfcom

Marie T. Russell's Daily Inspiration The focus for today is:  I give myself permission to be proud of who I am, and of what I have accomplished. Being proud of yourself - of your accomplishments and of who you are - is an act of self-love, of self-appreciation, and of gratitude for life itself. Part of our growth process is acknowledging our successes, not just our failures. Focusing on what went right is a powerful tool because what we focus on expands. As humans, we may have a tendency to focus on our failures or lack of accomplishments. Yes, it is necessary to acknowledge our errors or failures so we can improve, but we must keep our focus on what went right and what we need to expand upon. It is important, as well as empowering, to acknowledge all our successes, big or small. Giving thanks for what went right is a powerful step forward on our life's journey. Today's Focus was excerpted from the InnerSelf.com article: Continuing to Grow: Being Proud of Yourself by Marie T. Russell Read the original article This is Marie T. Russell, publisher of InnerSelf, wishing you a day of being proud of yourself (today and every day) Join me again tomorrow for the Daily Inspiration and focus of the day. Today, we give ourselves permission to be proud of who we are, and of what we have accomplished.
