That dream didn't quite pan out. But the lessons learned from being a part of LA's music scene would stick with him. He would go on to work at Creative Artists Agency. Then YouTube. And then Abel became Director of Global Marketing at Reverb. And while at Reverb, he hit on the idea for Pilot Project – a first-of-its-kind brewery incubator.
