Dangers of OnlyFans: Why Modern Women Fear Intimacy | Kharisma Daily EP 88
from The Kharisma Podcast · host Kharisma M
John Bowlby’s work on attachment theory dates back to the 1950’s. Based on his theory, four adult attachment styles were identified: 1. anxious-preoccupied, 2. avoidant-dismissive , 3. disorganized / fearful-avoidant, and 4. secure. In this episode, David Buss talks with Joe Rogan about how attachment styles formed in early childhood may play a role in the stability of long-term relationships and women who do OnlyFans. Secure attachment styles are generally conducive to long-term relationships, while avoidant attachment styles can create difficulty with intimacy and a higher probability of infidelity. Anxious attachment styles can create problems of its own, such as being overly clingy and absorbing what is known as a "high relationship load". Frequency of responses to text messages may be correlated with the level of anxiety in a relationship
