A well known daredevil duo scaled the needle of the Empire State Building from the Observation Deck to first unfurl a banner about love…. And then, he put a ring on it. 32-year-old Ivan Beerkus proposed to his girlfriend 33-year-old Angela Nikolau as police and news helicopters surrounded the couple celebrating 1454 feet above Manhattan.
