This episode highlights Nate close friend Darren. Darren is a very devoted friend, husband and father. Early in his life, Darren had an experience which left a strong impression for him. He felt that though he had a loving father here on earth, he also had a heavenly father who was interested in his happiness. This life shaping experience has given him the strength and confidence that has helped him accomplish much in his life thus far. One of Darren's strengths is that of teasing. He uses this to help break down the protective barriers that many build around themselves. By doing this, as a doctor and a good friend, he is then able to help those around him in whatever they need.
