Date: August 28, 2026. Lesson 170-2026. Title: Wash and Be Clean - Faith That Humbles Pride

In today’s Morning Manna, Rick Wiles and Doc Burkhart examine Proverbs 28:6–8 and Scripture’s radically different measure of a successful life. Solomon declares that integrity with poverty is better than wealth gained through crookedness, warns that our companions help shape who we become, and exposes the futility of profiting from another person’s desperation. This lesson examines why prosperity is not evidence of God’s approval, why character is worth more than possessions, and how God’s providence ultimately governs wealth acquired through exploitation. The world measures a person by what he possesses; Scripture measures him by what he is.
