David Muirhead is a freelance journalist and author and founder of Wildside, a South African ecotourism and nature conservation magazine. He has authored several books, including Cat Among the Pigeons, The Curious Case of the Imaginary Tourist, a collection of short stories, and a novel, The Clamour King, published in London.
