Dave Paige of David Paige Wines talks about growing up in the Midwest, where wine wasn't a thing, but working in a wine shop changed all of it. He got hooked, left Ohio State University, and made a beeline for UC Davis where he continued his wine education. He worked at some California wineries before he made the move north to Oregon. He worked at the famed Adelsheim Vineyards for nearly 2 decades and then, in 2018, decided to create his own label. A serendipitous meeting with 2 others and his label was born. Dave dives into his philosophy of winemaking and what's next for his label.
