David Shoebridge on the Nuclear Weapons Ban Treaty

At Sunday's Pine Gap peaceful vigil, the Greens Senator David Shoebridge was asked by the Independent and Peaceful Australia Network (IPAN)'s Jonathan Pilbrow to speak of the importance of Australia signing on to the Nuclear Weapons Ban Treaty (as the United Nations Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) is commonly referred). The event was well attended by a wide range of concerned and dedicated local citizens. Senator Shoebridge holds the Greens portfolios of Foreign Affairs, Peace & Nuclear Disarmament & Defence & Veterans Affairs.
