Transcript:  Bill: I've heard you say that age is not the biggest factor when you're marketing older adults online. What do you mean by that?  David: Age really is just a number, especially with the Boomer generation because they're so diverse. But the underlying factor is, we take a developmental approach to our work. As human beings, we all share some core needs, and what differs is how we satisfy those needs. So, we think that that is a stronger determining factor in terms of how you can meaningfully engage these people. The next thing is that what makes the Boomers very different is, more than any generation, they have more concurrent life events going on. The fact that they're so educated, the fact that societal norms have changed. And then the last thing is, our ability to target based on real-time behavior is so much different now that it almost makes targeting by age kind of silly.    Listening from an iPhone or iPad?
