Day 11: Job 29-31

Today is Day 11, and our reading comes from Job chapters 29 through 31. In these passages, we hear Job speaking from the depths of his soul. He remembers the life he once lived—the honor, respect, and closeness with God he used to know. As he reflects on the past, Job also defends the integrity of his character, declaring his faithfulness and innocence even in suffering. These chapters remind us that it’s okay to grieve what was, to wrestle with unanswered questions, and to bring our full, honest selves before God. Job’s words invite us to examine our hearts, our choices, and our trust in God—even when life doesn’t make sense.
