Your chest is where every unsent “I love you,” every swallowed scream, and every long-held breath resides. And let’s not forget your gut, the truth-teller that you’ve often silenced while putting on a brave face through challenging times.Now, here’s the empowering question to sit with: If your womb could speak, what would she scream? Not a whisper— a powerful, cathartic scream. What truths have you kept bottled up, waiting for a chance to breathe?You don’t need to have all the answers today. Instead, take a moment to listen. Place your hands on that part of your body, breathe deeply, and quietly affirm, “I hear you. I’m here. I’m ready to carry you differently.”Your body has been your diary, holding every memory, joy, and heartbreak even before you learned to write.
