    ✨ 30 Days of Inner Child Healing – Day 25 ✨

Today’s reflection: What part of your personality did you hide as a kid just to be accepted?Think back to your childhood. Was it your laughter, your curiosity, your emotions, or your creativity that you felt you had to hide? Maybe you silenced your voice or dimmed your shine to fit in, be loved, or avoid judgment.Your inner child remembers. Those hidden parts are still within you, waiting to be seen, honored, and celebrated. Integration isn’t just about acknowledging them—it’s about giving them permission to shine. 💛Take a moment today to connect with that younger self. Ask yourself:• What did I hide?• Why did I feel I had to hide it?• How can I honor that part of me now?Even small steps toward embracing these hidden parts bring joy, freedom, and wholeness. Recognition isn’t just external—it’s about YOU seeing, loving, and celebrating yourself fully.Your inner child wants to be heard, valued, and loved exactly as they are. Give them that gift today.#InnerChildHealing #SelfLoveJourney #IntegrationIsJoy #HealingWork #30DaysOfHealing

    ✨Day 24 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing✨

This week is all about Integration & Joy—letting the healing land in your body, your heart, and your spirit. Today we focused on something powerful yet simple: affirmations for your inner child.Affirmations are like love letters you get to gift yourself—words that remind you of your worth, your safety, and your right to joy. When you repeat them out loud, you’re not just “saying nice things,” you’re reprogramming your subconscious and telling that tender part of you: I see you, I love you, I got you. Here are a few you can use daily (say them out loud with me):🌸 I am safe to be me.🌸 I am deeply loved just as I am.🌸 My feelings matter.🌸 I deserve joy and play.🌸 I am free to shine.Take a deep breath, repeat them, and let them settle into your body. Notice how your inner child responds when they finally hear the words they’ve been waiting for. 💖If one of these affirmations hit home, write it down and place it somewhere you’ll see every day. That little one inside of you deserves to be reminded again and again that they are safe, loved, and worthy of joy. You’re not just healing—you’re re-parenting yourself into wholeness. 🌈Which affirmation spoke to your inner child the loudest today?#InnerChildHealing #AffirmationsForTheSoul #IntegrationAndJoy #SelfLoveJourney #HealingEnergy

    🌈✨ Day 23: JOY ✨🌈

So often we think healing only looks like shadow work, tears, or digging into our past. But healing also looks like JOY—the kind that makes your heart feel light and your inner child giggle. 💖Joy doesn’t have to be big or complicated. It can be as simple as:🍦 Eating your favorite childhood snack.🫧 Blowing bubbles in the backyard.🎶 Dancing in your kitchen like nobody’s watching.🎬 Watching that silly cartoon you used to love.☀️ Feeling the sun warm your skin.😂 Laughing so hard at a meme that your stomach hurts. These little moments? They rewire your body to remember safety, play, and happiness. Joy is medicine. Joy is freedom. Joy is your inner child’s way of reminding you that life isn’t meant to be all heavy.Today, I want you to gift yourself one small joy. Let it be sweet. Let it be silly. Let it be yours. No guilt. No overthinking. Just joy. 🌟Because your healing isn’t just about releasing the pain—it’s also about embracing the laughter, the play, and the sweetness of being alive. So tell me: what’s ONE little joy you’re giving yourself today? Drop it below 👇 or whisper it to your inner child. Either way—it counts. 💫#InnerChildHealing #JoyfulLiving #HealingJourney #SoulMedicine #PlayfulSpirit

Hola mi gente! 💃 Day 22 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing is here and we’re diving DEEP today.

Today’s prompt: What dreams does your inner child still have? 👶✨Before you say “ugh I don’t even know”—PAUSE. You DO know. You’ve just been adulting so hard that you pushed those dreams way in the back of the closet, right next to those jeans you swore you’d fit into again 😅When you were little, you weren’t worried about bills, deadlines, or who ghosted you. You dreamed BIG. Maybe you wanted to be a dancer, a healer, a superhero, or just someone who lived free and happy. Those dreams didn’t disappear, cariño. They’re still inside you, waiting for you to dust them off and give them a chance. So today’s work: Write down those dreams. Don’t censor yourself. Don’t overthink. Don’t say “pero how would I even do that?” Nah. Let your inner child take the mic and go WILD.Because joy isn’t about being practical—joy is about remembering who you were BEFORE the world told you who you had to be 💅✨ Want to keep this healing going with comunidad, support, and accountability?Join my private membership I Am The Altar for $55.55/month (or $555/year and SAVE).You get:💫 Every community ritual (bi-weekly, full moon, new moon)💫 Every community reading💫 Access to me 7 days a week💫 $25 discount on single sessions (ONLY available to members)💫 Weekly astrological forecast💫 Weekly horoscope💫 Weekly collective reading💫 Daily affirmationsThat’s over $600 of value every month for just $55.55 🔥If you’ve been looking for the SIGN to stop pushing your inner child’s dreams aside and actually start living with joy—cariño, THIS IS IT.Let’s heal, grow, and glow together 💖But as always, please follow your intuition when working with any spiritual advisor even if that means you do not work with me I love you and I’ll see you tomorrow.#innerchildhealing #healingjourney #spiritualawakening #selflove #manifestation

    💫 Day 21 – 30 Days of Inner Child Healing 💫

Prompt: What does unconditional love feel like to your inner child?Close your eyes for a moment and imagine your younger self sitting right in front of you—not the “perfect” version, but the real you. Ask them gently:👉🏽 “What does unconditional love feel like to you?”Maybe it’s being hugged when you made a mistake.Maybe it’s someone keeping their promises.Maybe it’s laughter, safety, or simply being told: “You are loved exactly as you are.”✨ This is your roadmap, mi amor. Whatever your inner child says—that’s the love you get to give yourself now. Reparenting means you stop waiting for someone else to show up with it. You get to become the safe, unconditional love you’ve always deserved. So today, write it down. Journal it. And then—give yourself at least one small act of unconditional love. 🌹—💖 If you feel called to go deeper on this journey, there are many ways you can work with me (but siempre, please follow your own intuition with any spiritual advisor—even if that means it’s not me).✨ Join I Am The Altar, my private membership, where you’ll get single sessions at a $25 discount + so many more benefits.✨ Explore the Spirit Element category on my website for offerings like candle readings, personal candles, bay leaf spells, one-card pulls, or yes/no pendulum questions.✨ Or step into one of my three transformational programs: Love Thy Self, Love & Know Thy Self, or the Soulful Master Entrepreneurial Program.Your healing, your choice, your pace. 🌙#InnerChildHealing #Reparenting #UnconditionalLove #IAmTheAltar #SoulfulHealing

    ✨ Day 20 – 30 Days of Inner Child Healing ✨

Playfulness isn’t just about dancing, skipping, or running around—it’s about reconnecting with the joy inside you. 💛Think back to when you were a child… what made you laugh without even trying? Was it making up silly games, coloring outside the lines, singing out loud, or imagining magical worlds? That energy is still inside you, waiting for permission to come out.Reparenting your inner child means giving them space to play again. And here’s the thing—it doesn’t have to be big or loud. Playfulness can be small: doodling, humming a song, daydreaming, or even laughing at something silly. It’s about freedom, curiosity, and joy.So today, ask yourself: What would feel fun for my inner child right now? And let yourself do it. Even a few minutes of play can remind your inner child—and you—that life isn’t just about surviving. It’s about joy, curiosity, and lightness.Your inner child deserves this. And honestly, so do you. 💫💭 Comment below: What’s one playful thing your inner child would love to do today?#InnerChildHealing #HealingJourney #PlayfulnessHeals #TheTruthOfVida #TheAlmightyPineappleLLC

    ✨ Day 19 – 30 Days of Inner Child Healing ✨

When was the last time you stopped and thanked your inner child? We’re so quick to remember their pain, their fears, their struggles… but pause for a moment. That little version of you? They were the one who carried you through it all. They survived things many adults would have crumbled under. They found ways to keep going, even when life felt unbearable.Your inner child is not weak.Your inner child is not broken.Your inner child is the HERO of your story. 💫Think about it—without them, you wouldn’t even be here reading this. They made it through nights of loneliness, moments of not feeling enough, and times when love felt far away. And still… they kept your heart beating and your spirit alive.Today, instead of criticizing your younger self, honor them. Thank them. Look at them with softness and say:“You are my hero. You kept me alive. You carried me through. And now, I’ll take care of you.”Healing isn’t about erasing what happened—it’s about finally giving your inner child the love and safety they always deserved. 🌸So here’s your reminder: You are not standing on shaky ground—you are standing on the courage of the little you who never gave up. And that’s something to celebrate.💭 Drop a comment below: what’s ONE thing you’re proud your inner child survived?#InnerChildHealing #HealingJourney #YouAreTheHero #TheTruthOfVida #TheAlmightyPineappleLLC

  8. 90

Day 18 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing ✨

Today’s prompt is: What boundaries would your child self need to feel safe?Think about it—so many of us grew up with our boundaries ignored or dismissed. Maybe you weren’t allowed to say “no” without being punished. Maybe your feelings were brushed off with, “Stop crying, that’s nothing.” Maybe you weren’t given privacy, or maybe you weren’t believed when you spoke up about what hurt. Those moments taught us, as kids, that our safety didn’t matter. But here’s the truth: your boundaries are not selfish. They are sacred. They’re the fence around your peace, your joy, your healing. When you reparent yourself, you get to become the safe place you always needed. If little you needed privacy, give yourself that now. If little you needed someone to listen, then be the person who listens to yourself with compassion today.✨ Your inner child deserves to know that their voice matters. Their safety matters. You matter. So here’s today’s reflection: Write down one boundary your child self would have created if they had the power back then. Then ask yourself—how can you honor that boundary now?💬 Share in the comments: What’s the first boundary your inner child would put in place? Let’s hold space for each other in this healing journey.#InnerChildHealing #Reparenting #EmotionalHealing

    ✨Day 17 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing✨

Rest isn’t lazy—it’s reparenting. We live in a world that glorifies the hustle. Society will tell you to keep grinding, keep pushing, keep doing… but let me drop this truth on you: if you don’t stop to rest, you’ll burn out. And burned-out people can’t help themselves, their families, or the world. For many of us, rest wasn’t modeled growing up. Our parents, abuelos, and ancestors didn’t always have the privilege of slowing down—they were surviving. So now, when you give yourself permission to rest, you’re not being lazy… you’re breaking a generational curse. You’re showing your inner child they don’t have to earn love or safety by overworking. You’re turning survival into thriving.Rest is more than naps (though naps are blessings too). Rest is unplugging from the chaos, choosing peace over constant stress, and creating space to breathe. Rest is how we refill so we can keep showing up. Even if the world feels like it’s going to shit, your rest is revolutionary. You can’t pour from an empty cup. You can’t heal, help, or create change if you’re running on fumes. So today, honor yourself. Give yourself permission to pause. Rest is not weakness. Rest is strength. Rest is love.💭 What does rest look like for you this week? Share it below—you never know who might need to hear your reminder.#TheTruthOfVida #TheAlmightyPineappleLLC #InnerChildHealing #GenerationalHealing #RestIsRevolutionary

    Day 16 Reparenting

Today's prompt is "If your inner child could speak today what's the first thing they'd say?"Take a moment to imagine your younger self standing right in front of you. Maybe they're shy, maybe playful, maybe a little scared. What's the very first thing that comes out of their mouth?Your inner child might say something tender like "I just want to feel safe" or " Please don't leave me". Or maybe something playful like "can we go draw?" or "I just want to dance!"The goal isn't to judge, just listen . This is reparenting, givie love, patientce and attention to the part of you that might have been overlooked. Here's a little guidance for today:Write down the very first sentence that comes up. Speak it out loud to yourself, like you're really hearing that younger version of you.Feel how it lands in your body, emotions are welcome, that means you're connecting. Now I want to hear from you: What would your inner child say today? Drop it in the comments , your words might be exactly what some one else needs to hear.

✨ Day 15 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing ✨

This week is all about Reparenting, and today I’m sharing what’s in my comfort kit—the little (and big!) things that remind me I am safe, loved, and cared for.For me, it starts with this giant black stuffed dog holding a red heart 🐶❤️—a gift from my family that always makes me feel held. My inventory room is literally my sanctuary, covered wall to wall in Star Wars and vampire memorabilia, comics, and a huge collection of Funko Pops—everything from 90s hip-hop icons to Stranger Things to Harry Potter & Fantastic Beasts.I’ve got coloring books, journals, and even a 300-marker kit in my bedroom because sometimes comfort is sketching and letting my creativity flow. I also watch cartoons—Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, anime—because they remind me of carefree joy.And then there are my crystals. ✨ They’re everywhere—bedroom, bathroom, closets, altars, even guarding every door of my home. Today I’m wearing my silver hematite bracelet, but truly my whole home is a crystal grid of comfort and protection.Music is another part of my kit. I play the songs that raised me: 70s disco, 80s Tina Turner, Donna Summer, salsa, merengue, house, hip-hop, R&B. Music is medicine—it brings me back to joy, movement, and freedom.👉 Comfort kits don’t have to be blankets and tea. They can be stuffed animals, collections, crystals, cartoons, or music—anything that reminds your inner child: you are safe, you are loved.💭 Now I want to know—what’s in YOUR comfort kit? Drop it below and let’s inspire each other to create safe spaces of healing and joy.#InnerChildHealing #TheTruthOfVida #HealingASacred #Energy #TheAlmightyPineappleLLC

Day 14 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing ✨

Today’s question: What made you feel small, invisible, or unworthy as a child? For me, the list was long. I was told to be seen and not heard. I was placed in front of the TV for hours. When I wanted to sing or dance, it wasn’t always allowed, and if I pushed, I was told to be quiet or sent to my room.If my feelings didn’t match what my family thought was “right,” I was labeled disrespectful. Tattoos on my body were called “destroying myself,” and I was told I’d never find love because of them. I was also told I needed a man to be complete, and that it was my job to have children just to keep the family line going.Well, guess what? They were wrong. All the adults were wrong. This part of healing isn’t about rewriting or fixing those memories. It’s about acceptance. Saying: Yes, this is what I was told. Yes, it hurt. Yes, it shaped me. But no — it is not my truth.Acceptance doesn’t mean approval. It doesn’t mean those words were right. It simply means acknowledging the wound without running from it anymore. So I invite you to sit with this question today. Don’t rush to fix it. Don’t sugarcoat it. Just ask yourself honestly:👉🏽 What made you feel small, invisible, or unworthy as a child?👉🏽 And what do you know now that proves they were wrong?Take a breath. Hand on heart. And remind yourself: Their words are not my truth. I am still here. And I get to define me. 💜#TheAlmightyPineapple #TheTruthOfVida #InnerChildHealing #HealingJourney #EnergyIsSacred

    💗 Day 13: Hand-on-Heart Breathing 💗

When life feels overwhelming, try this simple but powerful practice: place your hand over your heart and breathe. Sounds small, right? But here’s why it works on every level:✨ Emotionally – it calms anxiety and tells your nervous system, you are safe.✨ Spiritually – it connects you with your soul + inner child.✨ Energetically – it activates the heart chakra, helping you release blocks + open to more love.✨ Physically – it slows your breath, relaxes your body, and grounds you. Here’s how to try it:🌬 Inhale through your nose for 4🌬 Hold for 2🌬 Exhale through your mouth for 6As you breathe, imagine wrapping your inner child in love, reminding them: I am safe. I am loved. I am here. 🫶And if you’ve been feeling extra heavy lately, I’m not surprised—we’re in eclipse season 🌑 and also in September Shedding Season.Your heart is always here to guide you home—breathe into it, and if you feel called, join us tonight. 💗#TheAlmightyPineapple #TheTruthOfVida #InnerChildHealing #HealingJourney #HandOnHeartBreathing

  14. 84

✨ 30 Days of Inner Child Healing – Week 2: Releasing Wounds ✨

Day 12 is all about rewriting a painful memory. 💜We can’t change the past—but we can change the way our inner child continues to carry it. Instead of replaying the pain over and over, we can offer little-us the comfort, protection, and love they needed back then. For me, one of those memories was when my biological father visited me when I was about 4 years old. He took me to a pool hall and left me with strangers. I remember feeling small, scared, and forgotten. 💔When I choose to rewrite it now, I imagine my grandmother walking in, taking my hand, and saying: “Mija, you are loved, you are wanted, and you will never be alone.” That shift allows my inner child to feel safe instead of abandoned.🌸 Today, I invite you to pick one memory that still feels heavy. Rewrite it in your journal or speak it out loud. Give your inner child the safety, love, or protection they didn’t receive back then.Healing isn’t about pretending the past didn’t happen—it’s about giving your inner child what they always deserved. 💫📝 What memory are you ready to rewrite today?#InnerChildHealing #HealingJourney #RewriteYourStory #TheTruthOfVida #TheAlmightyPineappleLLC

  15. 83

✨ Day 11 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing ✨

Today’s prompt is simple but powerful:👉 What need went unmet for you as a child—and how can you meet it now?For many of us, those needs were things like safety, love, attention, or validation. Maybe little you just wanted someone to say, “I see you, I’m proud of you.” When those needs go unmet, we often grow up chasing them in the wrong places—from relationships, friendships, even careers—only to feel drained. But here’s the truth: you can’t rewrite the past, pero you can stop abandoning yourself today. If little you needed safety, create boundaries now. If little you needed love, show yourself compassion instead of waiting for outside approval. If little you needed fun, go out and play—dance, sing, eat the ice cream cone without guilt.Healing isn’t about blaming anyone—it’s about becoming the person who finally meets your inner child’s needs. They never leave you… they’re just waiting for you to listen. So journal it out:💭 What was missing for me?💭 How can I meet that need now?And remind yourself: “I got you now, mi amor. You’re safe with me.” 💕✨ I would love to work with you, but as always—please follow your intuition when working with any spiritual advisor, even if that means you do not work with me. You can work with me through any of my services under the Spirit element category on my website thealmightypineapple.com, join the Instagram subscriptions on my page @TheTruthOfVida, or join the private membership I Am The Altar (email me for details). ✨#InnerChildHealing #HealingJourney #SelfLove #TheTruthOfVida #TheAlmightyPineappleLLC

  16. 82

    🪞✨ Day 10 – Mirror Work ✨🪞

Mirror work is one of my favorite methods for reconnecting with the inner child. I’ve shared it with so many clients over the years because it’s simple—but powerful. Before you begin, ground and cleanse yourself. You can do this with the elements:🌍 Earth – step outside barefoot💨 Air – take intentional breaths🔥 Fire – light a candle or incense💧 Water – wash your hands with intentionYou can also hold a crystal, a rosary, or anything that makes you feel safe. Now, look into your own eyes—either in a mirror or your front camera. Yes, it may feel uncomfortable at first. But uncomfortable doesn’t mean bad. It often means growth.Repeat with me:✨ I love you. You’re safe with me.Say it again. Slower this time. Let it sink in.This is you speaking directly to your inner child. Over time, those words won’t just feel like something you’re saying—they’ll feel like truth. 💖You can also join I Am the Altar private membership (the only place for single sessions), step into one of my transformational programs, or continue your journey with the Alumni Maintenance Program if you’ve completed Love Thy Self.I’m leveling up—and I want my community to level up too. If you’re ready to invest in yourself and step into real change, I’d love to walk this path with you. 🌹As always, follow your intuition before working with any spiritual advisor—including me. Trust yourself first.#InnerChildHealing #MirrorWork #TheTruthOfVida #TheAlmightyPineappleLLC #HealingJourney

  17. 81

    Day 9 Inner Child Healing

ome of the words we hear as kids cut deeper than anything else. For me, it was: “You are to be seen and not heard.” That one phrase silenced me for years. My voice only mattered when it entertained someone else. And then came the rules: “This is my house, my rules. If you don’t like it, you can leave.” By 17, I did. But those words left scars. They taught me that love and belonging were conditional, that my dreams were “stupid,” and that expressing myself was “disrespectful.”Even tattoos—something so sacred to me now—were called shameful. I was told I was ruining my body, disrespecting my family. But here’s the truth: that’s one of the reasons why I’m literally covered in tattoos today. Every piece is an expression of my spirituality, my healing, my growth. And just like me, some of them have been reworked and transformed—because I’ve evolved.Healing isn’t about pretending those words never existed. It’s about facing them, honoring the inner child who heard them, and rewriting the story in a way that empowers you instead of cages you.✨ Today’s reflection: What words cut you the deepest in childhood? And how are you choosing to rewrite them now?Remember, you don’t have to walk this healing path alone. You can work with me through any of my 3 transformational programs, each designed to help you shed old patterns, reconnect with your truth, and finally step into the life that’s waiting for you.#SeptemberSheddingSeason ™️©® #InnerChildHealing #TransformYourLife #TheTruthOfVida #TheAlmightyPineapple

Day 8 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing – Week 2: Releasing Wounds ✨

Today’s journaling prompt is simple but deep:👉 What memory still feels heavy for you?I shared one of mine… being 4 years old in a pool hall while my father handled “business” and paid a stranger to babysit me. That memory shaped me in ways I’m still unpacking. Yes, he taught me how to hustle at pool—but it also left me carrying the weight of what love and safety looked like back then. This practice isn’t about making your past look good or Instagram-perfect. It’s about being real with your inner child and letting them speak. That’s where the healing begins. 🖤📓 Your turn: Write it out. No filters. No shame. Just truth.#InnerChildHealing #HealingJourney #TheTruthOfVida #TheAlmightyPineappleLLC #ShadowWork

  19. 79

    💫 30 Days of Inner Child Healing – Day 7 💫

Today’s prompt: Who was your safe person as a child? For me, that was my papi—my grandfather. When my biological father didn’t bother, papi stepped in and showed me what a real father and provider looked like. He became my best friend, my mother’s best friend, and later even a father figure to my son. Both of my grandparents were strong, but there was something unique about my relationship with papi that shaped me into who I am today. Even in his passing, I still honor him daily because of the safety and love he gave me. 💖✨ Your turn: Who was your safe person? If you didn’t have one, what would that safe space have looked like for you? And how can you start creating that for yourself now?#TheTruthOfVida #TheAlmightyPineappleLLC #InnerChildHealing #SpiritualJourney #HealingEnergy

🎨✨ Day 6 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing ✨🎨

Coloring ain’t just for kids, mi gente. 💁🏽‍♀️ As adults, picking up crayons, markers, or pencils can be one of the most healing things you do. Why? Because coloring helps you:🌈 Tap into color therapy – colors carry frequencies that shift your mood + energy.🧘🏽‍♀️ Calm your nervous system – it’s meditation in motion.🎨 Reconnect with creativity & play – your inner child’s love language.⏳ Stay present – no past regrets, no future stress, just color in the now.Your assignment today: spend 10–20 minutes coloring. Doesn’t matter if it’s a mandala or doodles—just let your spirit pick the colors and notice how your body feels after. That’s healing, baby. 💖

  21. 77

    🌸 30 Days of Inner Child Healing – Day 5 🌸

Bestie, healing ain’t just about digging up the wounds—it’s also about remembering the JOY ✨One of my happiest memories before age 10? Climbing trees with my abuelo, going fishing, and of course dancing. I started at 3 years old and lived for those yearly recitals—the costumes, the lights, the excitement. That joy still lives in me, and tapping into it is pure medicine.💖 Today’s Prompt:👉 Write down your happiest memory before age 10.👉 Notice how it makes your body feel.👉 Ask yourself: How can I bring that joy into my life today?Because your inner child doesn’t only carry wounds—they also carry magic. 🌟What’s YOUR happiest memory before 10? Day 4 ✨ Inner Child Healing — Comfort Objects 🧸💖

Listen bestie, my comfort lineup was stacked okay? First my tete (pacifier) until I was 2, then my blankie was my emotional support system, and after that it was all about my Strawberry Shortcake dolls and the infamous Cabbage Patch crew. You couldn’t tell me nada with those chunky little yarn-haired babies in my arms. 😂Now it’s your turn: What was YOUR favorite toy, book, or comfort object growing up? And most importantly — how did it make you feel? That’s the vibe your inner child still craves today. 🪄✨ Journal Prompt: Write about your favorite comfort object. What made it so special? And what’s the adult version of that comfort you can give yourself now?#InnerChildHealing #30DaysOfHealing #TheAlmightyPineappleLLC #TheTruthOfVida #HealingJourney

✨ Day 3 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing ✨

Today’s prompt: What soundtrack belongs to your childhood? 🎶For me? Baby, I had a whole playlist — “Bad Girls,” “Don’t Stop ’Til You Get Enough,” “I Will Survive,” “YMCA,” “We Are Family” … and the one that still stops me in my tracks every single time is “Ven, Devórame Otra Vez” by Lalo Rodríguez. 😮‍💨🔥Music is a time machine, mi gente. It brings us right back to those little sparks of joy, innocence, and even drama that shaped us.👉 So tell me in the comments: what song or theme song takes YOU back to little you?— let it go, rest, release, and surrender. 🕊️#TheTruthOfVida #TheAlmightyPineappleLLC

✨ Day 2 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing ✨

Today’s prompt: What did you love doing as a kid that made you forget time? For me? Singing before I could talk, dancing before I could walk, climbing trees, riding my bike through the neighborhood, and just living outside in nature. That was my freedom, my joy, my magic. 🌳🎶💃Your turn bestie — what lit you up so much you forgot the whole world? Drop it in the comments ⬇️ and if you can, go give yourself a taste of that joy today. The one you’ve buried because others labeled it “too much,” “too loud,” or “too dangerous”? That isn’t a problem—it’s sacred rage. Rage is holy. It’s a compass guiding you to where your soul has been dishonored.Today, we won't bottle it up. Instead, we will move it! Pound the floor, cry, scream, and stomp as if the earth needs to hear you. Divine anger isn’t here to destroy you—it’s here to free you.✨ Ritual for Sacred Rage ✨ 🕯️ Light a black candle and set a bowl of water or salt nearby.🌬️ Ground yourself with three deep breaths.👁️ Whisper: “I see you. Day 27 - Forgiving Past Versions of Yourself

Welcome to Day 27 of our Shadow Work Series! Today, we confront a heartfelt question: “What version of me am I ready to forgive?”This one cuts deep, mi gente (my people). We all have those past versions of ourselves we might cringe at—the one who begged for love, the one who stayed too long in toxic situations, the one who didn’t recognize her own worth. But remember, those versions of you kept you alive; they brought you to this very moment. 🫀So today, I challenge you to write a love letter to your past self. Thank her. Forgive her. Let her know she can finally rest. And if you find yourself ugly crying while doing it? Even better—that’s healing, baby! 💌✨You can also check out my first two video series—Boundary Boot Camp and the Ancestral Healing series—available in the highlights on my IG page @TheTruthOfVida.👉 Please drop in the comments: What versions of you are you ready to forgive? And what other topics would you like me to cover in future video series?Remember, if you feel called to work with me, I’d love to support you. But always, always trust your intuition when choosing any spiritual advisor, even if that means it’s not me. 💕Love you all. See you tomorrow! ✨ Or catch the seasons here on this podcast.

Day 26 - Discovering Your Unique Medicine

Welcome to Day 26 of our Shadow Work Series! Today, we explore a profound inquiry: “What’s my medicine in this lifetime?”Your medicine isn’t necessarily a plant, a prayer, or a crystal. Instead, it is the unique gift, power, and essence within you that can heal spaces and transform lives simply by being who you are. Here’s the kicker: your medicine is often the very thing others labeled as “too much.” If you're too loud? That’s your voice medicine. If you’re too emotional? That’s your compassion medicine. If you’re seen as too bossy? That’s your leadership medicine. Spirit has hidden your gift within the aspects of yourself that the world tried to shame. But there are layers to this. You have your surface-level medicine—the natural talents and quirks everyone can easily recognize. Then, there’s your shadow medicine, born from your deepest wounds. Shadow and medicine are intertwined. For example, abandonment can transform into the medicine of creating belonging. Rage can evolve into fierce protection. Rejection can blossom into ensuring others feel safe in their truth. Remember, your pain is never wasted; it’s where your medicine truly brews. So today, take a moment to ask yourself: What medicine do I already carry within me… and what medicine awaits in the shadows I’ve been hesitant to explore? Join us in today’s enlightening episode as we uncover the power of our unique gifts and how they can be catalysts for healing

Day 25 - Celebrating Your Resilience

Welcome to Day 25 of our Shadow Work Series! Today, we dive into a powerful reflection: “What have I already survived that proves I’m powerful?” ✨Let’s get real—this isn’t just a journal prompt; it’s a testimony. You’ve got receipts, mi gente (my people). You’ve walked through heartbreak, betrayal, loss, depression, anxiety, and fear—experiences that could’ve buried you, but they didn’t.You’ve cried into la almohada (the pillow), whispering, “Dios mío, no puedo más” (“My God, I can’t anymore”)… and yet, here you are. Breathing. Rising. Loving. Living. That’s power. That’s resilience. That’s divine fuerza (strength) flowing through your veins. Here’s the truth: Life can take things from us—people leave, opportunities fall through, our bodies tire. But the greatest enemy you will ever face is la duda propia (your own self-doubt). That quiet voice trying to convince you to shrink, to quit, to forget your worth. And still—you rise. Even with fear in your chest, you show up. Even with doubts swirling in your mind, you move forward. That, mi amor (my love), is true power. So today, we want to hear from you:💬 What have YOU already survived that proves you’re powerful?Drop your testimony in the comments. Your story might just provide the reminder someone else needs today. Join us in this uplifting episode as we celebrate our journeys of resilience and empower one another through our shared experiences! 🖤🔥

Day 24 - Listening to the Whispers of Truth

Welcome to Day 24 of our Shadow Work Series! Today, we venture into the North of the medicine wheel—the realm of spirit, wisdom, and your higher self. 🧭 Here, truth doesn’t shout; it whispers. That whisper has always been there, soft, patient, and steady. Perhaps it emerges as a gut feeling, a vivid dream, or that quiet voice saying, “This isn’t who you are. This isn’t where you belong. This isn’t the love you deserve.”But let’s be real—how often have you cranked up distractions to drown it out? The scrolling, the busyness, the chaos? 👀 Ignoring those spiritual whispers can lead your soul to create patterns, deliver lessons, and even trigger 3 AM wake-up calls. Your spirit will keep lighting little fires under you until you finally tune in. 🔥Today, it’s time to stop running. Get still. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Ask your higher self:✨ “What truth have you been holding for me this whole time?”Now, just listen. Not with fear or judgment. Simply listen. 🕊️That whisper is your guide, your reclamation, and your pathway to integrating your highest self. Trust it. Don’t dilute it. Don’t sacrifice it for comfort. The truth has been patiently waiting for you to acknowledge it. Now is the time to stop pretending you can’t hear.Consider this a gentle yet firm reminder: sit with it. Hold it. This time, don’t let it go. Join us for today’s episode as we explore the beauty of tuning into our truth and honoring the whispers that guide us on our journey!RegenerateCopyGood responseBad response

Day 23 - Honoring the Body That Protects

Welcome to Day 23 of our Shadow Work Series! Today, we reflect on a powerful question: “How has my body protected me even when I wasn’t listening?” ✨Let’s be real: your body has been your ride-or-die since day one. She’s been loyally present through heartbreak, sickness, anxiety, and exhaustion—always showing up for you, even when you didn't return the favor. That heartbeat? It keeps going. Those lungs? Still working hard. That gut instinct? It continues to whisper warnings of “danger,” even when ignored. 👀And yet, how often have you skipped meals, pushed through pain, silenced her calls for rest, or looked in the mirror with negativity? More times than you might want to admit. But guess what? She STILL carried you. She protected you, fought for you, and never abandoned you.💥 Here’s the straight talk: Stop treating your body like it’s the problem. She’s not your enemy—she’s your bodyguard. Without her unwavering support, you wouldn’t even be here, engaging in this transformative shadow work.Take a moment today to pause. Place your hand over your heart. Feel its rhythm. Thank your body out loud. Say:“Thank you for never giving up on me. Thank you for carrying me when I didn’t carry myself.”Then, show her some love: feed her nourishing foods, allow her to rest, hydrate her, and move her gently. She deserves celebration, not criticism. 🌹📝 Journal Prompt: Write down three ways your body has protected you, even when you weren’t listening. Then, write her a love note—express your gratitude, apologize if needed, and promise to listen more closely moving forward.Remember, your body isn’t broken; it has been your protector all along. Join us for this affirming episode as we cultivate a deeper appreciation for our bodies and their incredible resilience! 💖

Day 21 - Unpacking Trauma Responses

Welcome to Day 21 of our Shadow Work Series! Today, we delve into an important exploration: “What physical habits are trauma responses dressed up as personality?”Bestie, some of the habits you call “just me” might actually be survival mechanisms wearing a cute disguise. 📱 Scroll addiction? That’s disassociating in action.💼 Hustle culture? It’s a fear of slowing down.🐝 That busy bee energy? It’s a way of avoiding your feelings. These habits may have once served as coping strategies to protect you, but they do not define who you truly are. It's time to question their origins. Ask yourself: Where did I learn this? Is it serving me, or is it stealing from my peace and authenticity?Join us today as we unravel these layered habits, encouraging you to distinguish between who you are and who you’ve had to become. It’s time to reclaim your true self!

Day 22 - Burying the Old You to Embrace the New

Welcome to Day 22 of our Shadow Work Series! Today, we explore a deep and transformative question: “What am I afraid to release because I don’t know who I’ll be without it?”Often, we cling to outdated versions of ourselves because they feel safe. Even when they are messy, heavy, or no longer serve us, the familiarity can be comforting. But the unknown can be more daunting than the pain we've come to know. The truth is, the version of you that feels tired, bitter, scared, or stuck served a purpose. They protected you, helped you survive, and imparted invaluable lessons. Now it’s time to allow them to rest.Today’s shadow work challenge is intentionally dramatic: hold a funeral for your old self.🖤 Light a candle.🖤 Don your black outfit.🖤 Write a eulogy for the parts of you that no longer serve your highest self.🖤 Then release them—bury the paper, burn it, rip it, or throw it away. You don’t need to know exactly who you will become without those old patterns, habits, or identities; your spirit already knows. The new you is brighter, freer, and more powerful, just waiting to shine. So, the real question for you today is: What are you brave enough to bury so you can finally rise? Join us for this transformative episode as we honor the past and make way for your magnificent future!

Day 20 - Embracing Joy and Reclaiming Pleasure

Welcome to Day 20 of our Shadow Work journey! Today, we confront a crucial question: Who told you that joy was dangerous? Who made you believe that you had to suffer before you could “earn” pleasure? 🖤That belief is not discipline—it’s programming. Pleasure is not a prize to be won; it is your birthright.Take a moment to reflect and write it down: Who taught me this? Then, boldly claim your truth: I am safe in my joy. I am worthy of pleasure simply because I exist.Join us in today’s episode as we break free from the limiting beliefs that keep us from experiencing joy and cultivate a mindset of abundance and celebration. It’s time to embrace your right to feel pleasure and to live fully!

Day 19 - Reclaiming Your Sensuality

Welcome to Day 19 of our Shadow Work Series! Today, we explore a profound theme: Body Shadows, Sensuality, Shame, and Releasing the Past. Our question for the day is: “What part of my sensuality was shamed or silenced?”Just because others struggled to embrace your sacred essence doesn’t mean it isn’t holy. ✨ Have you ever been told to cover up, tone it down, or stop being so “extra”? Perhaps they mocked your dance moves, your laughter, or the way you confidently occupied your space. Over time, you may have felt the need to shrink yourself to fit their comfort.Remember—your sensuality is not dirty; it’s divine. It extends far beyond the realm of sex; it’s in the way you move, breathe, and embrace life. It resonates in the rhythm of your hips, the warmth of your smile, and the vibrant spirit shining through your skin. The shame you've carried was never your own; it originated from their fears, wounds, and unhealed shadows. Today, you have the power to return it.Reclaim your sensuality. Reclaim your presence. Reclaim YOU. You are the altar, you are holy, and nothing sacred should ever be hidden. 🔥Join us in today’s episode as we journey together to shed shame and celebrate the brilliance of your authentic self!

Day 18 - Releasing Guilt and Embracing Sensuality

Welcome to Day 18 of our Shadow Work Series! Today, we delve into a poignant theme: Body Shadows, Sensuality, Shame, and Releasing the Past. Our question for reflection is: “Where do I carry guilt in my body?”Your body is a living memory, holding onto everything—even the feelings you thought you had released. Your shoulders may still tense up, your chest might be shielding itself, and your gut could be twisting with unprocessed emotions. Today, let’s take a moment to tune in. Begin by scanning your body from head to toe. Identify where you feel heaviness. Place your hand on that area and connect with its warmth. Visualize the guilt as something tangible—a stone, a knot, or mud. As you inhale, breathe light into it, and with each exhale, imagine it melting away. Acknowledge that feeling:💬 “Thank you for trying to protect me, but I’m ready to live without you now.”You deserve to move freely and embrace pleasure without shame. Your body should be a home for joy, not a storage unit for pain.🪞 Take time to journal about this experience. Move your body in ways that feel uplifting. Let go of this guilt, piece by piece, and create space for a lighter, more vibrant you. Join us in today’s healing journey!

Day 17 - Uncovering the Stories Within

Welcome to Day 17 of our enriching journey! Today’s shadow work question is a powerful one: “What stories live in my hips, womb, chest, or gut?”Your body is a living archive, a sacred container of your experiences. Think about it—your hips may be bearing the weight of missed dances, while your womb could be holding not only your pains but also the echoes of generations past. Your chest is where every unsent “I love you,” every swallowed scream, and every long-held breath resides. And let’s not forget your gut, the truth-teller that you’ve often silenced while putting on a brave face through challenging times. Now, here’s the empowering question to sit with: If your womb could speak, what would she scream? Not a whisper— a powerful, cathartic scream. What truths have you kept bottled up, waiting for a chance to breathe? You don’t need to have all the answers today. Instead, take a moment to listen. Place your hands on that part of your body, breathe deeply, and quietly affirm, “I hear you. I’m here. I’m ready to carry you differently.”Your body has been your diary, holding every memory, joy, and heartbreak even before you learned to write. It’s time to acknowledge those stories and give them the space they deserve. Join us today as we explore these intimate connections and begin the healing journey toward wholeness.

Day 16 - Reconnecting with Your Body

Welcome to Day 16 of our transformative journey! Today’s shadow work prompt dives deep into a powerful question: “What part of my body do I feel disconnected from—and why?” This episode isn’t about scrutinizing your reflection in the mirror; it’s a heartfelt exploration of the body parts you may have overlooked or neglected. Have your shoulders tightened from the weight of your responsibilities? Does your stomach feel heavy with unspoken anxiety? Are you holding back words that could release the tension in your chest? We often shy away from these areas because confronting them means facing the emotions stored within. But remember, you cannot heal what you keep hidden in the shadows. Every part of your body is a vital piece of you—worthy of love and acknowledgment.Join us as we embark on this intimate challenge:💧 Choose an oil that makes you feel luxurious (save the cooking oil for another time).🎶 Set the mood with music that inspires movement and freedom in your soul.🪞 Stand before a mirror, locate the part you've been avoiding, and bless it with your touch. Affirm: “I see you. I love you. Thank you for carrying me through it all.”Let’s honor the resilience of our bodies—through heartbreak, joy, loss, and love, they have stood by us. It’s time to return home to the sacred vessel that is you. Tune in and take the first step towards reconnecting with your authentic self!

    🎙️ Day 15 – Shadow Work Series: SOUTH — THE HEART 💖

oday, your heart is asking a powerful question: “What am I holding that isn’t even mine?”We all carry our own emotions—but sometimes, our hearts get heavy with pain, shame, guilt, or fear that belong to someone else:✨ Guilt from a parent’s mistakes✨ Shame from an ex’s actions✨ Ancestral fear passed down through generations✨ Society’s expectations weighing on your joyYour heart isn’t a storage unit for other people’s baggage. Today, visualize opening your heart and seeing boxes, bags, or suitcases labeled with these burdens. One by one, pick them up, and say: “This is not mine. I give it back.” Then hand it over to its rightful owner—whether that’s an ancestor, an ex, a boss, or even a system. Release it with love, burn it in fire, or send it to Spirit.✨ Make space for YOUR truth, YOUR joy, YOUR dreams. Let your heart breathe.

    💖 DAY 14 — SHADOW WORK SERIES 💖

Day 14 is hitting diferente today, mi gente. We’re talking about your emotional mask — the face, the attitude, the performance you put on so nobody sees what’s really happening in your heart.Maybe you’re Miss Always Happy, smiling through the pain because you think people only want your good vibes.Maybe you’re Mr. I Got It All Together, calm on the outside while your mind is juggling chaos like a circus act.Or maybe you’re the Strong One — la que siempre ayuda a todo el mundo — the one who holds everyone else up but never lets anyone hold her. That mask isn’t bad. It’s not fake. It’s a protective pattern. You built it when being real didn’t feel safe. When honesty came with consequences. When survival mattered more than softness. But here’s the truth, corazón:You’re not in that same danger anymore. And sometimes the mask that once protected you…is now the thing keeping you lonely.✨ Today’s shadow work prompt:“What is my emotional mask — and who gets to see the real me?”📝 Write down what your mask looks like.💡 List the people who get to see behind it — and ask yourself why.💬 Try letting one trusted person see a little more of the real you.Yes, it’s scary.Vulnerability can feel like being naked in the cold. But the people meant to love you? They don’t want the mask. They want you.So today, even if it’s just for a moment…take it off.Let yourself be seen. You don’t have to perform to be worthy. 💖

  43. 55

💖 Day 13: Shadow Work Series – When I’m emotionally overwhelmed… what do I run to?

Let’s be honest. Most of us don’t run to healing when we’re overwhelmed—we run to snacks, hustle culture, toxic exes, or a deep scroll into TikTok oblivion. 🍿📱💼💔Some of us turn into a whole 5-star chef at midnight like, “Lemme whip up some emotional damage stew real quick with a side of hot Cheetos and tears.”Others act like if we launch three new businesses, reorganize the pantry, and send healing energy to our cousin’s boyfriend’s sister—we’ll feel better. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨Truth is… those are protective patterns. They’re not bad, they’re just what we learned to do when our nervous system says, “Too much! Shut it down! Distract!”So today I’m not asking you to fix it. I’m asking you to witness it. With love. With compassion. With humor, if you can.📝 Ask yourself:✨ What do I run to when I’m emotionally overwhelmed?✨ What feeling am I trying to avoid?✨ Can I sit with myself for just a moment before I reach for the usual escape route? This is how we stop abandoning ourselves, one pause at a time.Watch the full video for more on this juicy shadow work convo. It’s real, it’s raw, it’s me being dramatic about my emotional eating habits — and it might just hit you in the soul. You got this. I’m proud of you. 🫶🏽

    🖤 DAY 12 — SHADOW WORK 💧

What memory makes you cry just thinking about it—but you haven’t sat with it in forever?Yeah… that one.The memory you shoved into a drawer labeled “I’ll deal with this later.”But your heart? Baby… she never forgot.Today isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about feeling.Pull out the photo.Play the song.Open the journal you’ve been avoiding like the plague.Let the tears come without rushing them away.Because tears aren’t weakness. They’re wisdom. They’re the language of your inner niña—the version of you that doesn’t need solutions, timelines, or affirmations. She just wants to be held. Seen. Allowed. This is where heart-led healing begins. Not with a book. Not with a quote. But with you—in your body, present with yourself, making space instead of running. And let me say this clearly, with love:If you feel called to work with me—beautiful, we can talk. And if your intuition says “not right now” or “go somewhere else”—I honor that too.I’m not here to pull you in.I’m here to remind you that your inner guidance is the real altar.Follow that.So today…Go cry.Go feel.Go listen to the version of you that still matters.I’ll see you mañana, corazón. 💋

    ✨ DAY 11 — SHADOW WORK SERIES ✨ Theme: The Heart 💓

What parts of myself did I hide to be accepted by my culture or family?🎥 Who would you be without la cultura’s expectations?Let’s get honest, mi amor…How many versions of you had to be hidden just to feel accepted?Just to keep the peace.Just to earn love or survive.I know I was out here dimming my light, shrinking my opinions, tucking away my softness, and dressing my joy in “respectable” packaging—so I wouldn’t get side-eyed or shamed. I shape-shifted for acceptance… and somewhere along the way, I abandoned the most magical parts of myself.Today’s shadow work is a sacred check-in with your inner niña—the little you.The one who was told:“Eso no es de señorita.”“Calladita te ves más bonita.”“Las mujeres no hacen eso.”And maybe it wasn’t always said out loud…but the expectations were LOUD.We were taught to perform. To be the good one.The strong one.The self-sacrificing one.But bestie…Who would you be if you didn’t have to perform anymore?💥 Would you speak louder?💥 Rest more?💥 Stop shrinking and finally take up space?💥 Let yourself be sensual, emotional, spiritual—without shame? Here’s the truth:You don’t have to reject your roots to replant yourself. You can honor your culture and break the patterns that broke you.So today, journal about the parts of you that got left behind.Call them back home. This is how we decolonize the heart. This is how we reclaim joy. This is how we come back to our SELF.🕯️ Do the work. You’re not alone.💖 And remember—you were never too much. They just didn’t know how to hold someone with that much soul.

  46. 52

DAY 10 — SHADOW WORK VIDEO SERIES

Today we’re working with emotional triggers, the inner child, and those protective patterns you built to survive. Here’s today’s question:👉 What did I need to hear as a child that I still crave now?In today’s video, I’m basically FaceTiming you like the bestie you didn’t know you needed. I’m telling you to pause, grab a mirror, and say the words out loud — not in your head, not in your journal — out loud.Look yourself in the eyes.Eye-to-eye.Soul-to-soul.Say the things your little self has been waiting to hear for decades.“I’m proud of you.”“You’re safe now.”“You didn’t imagine it.”“You never had to earn love.”This is the love letter your inner child has been waiting for.And plot twist, bebé — you’re the one who gets to deliver it. 💋Because healing doesn’t come from waiting for someone else to finally say it.It comes from becoming the voice you needed all along.3

  47. 51

Day 9 of the Shadow Work Series, mi gente — SOUTH, the heart space.

Day 9 of the Shadow Work Series, mi gente — SOUTH, the heart space.Today’s question is a real one:👉 When I get triggered, how do I punish others… or myself? Some of us ghost — poof, disappeared like Houdini with Wi-Fi.Others roast — handing out clapbacks spicier than abuela’s salsa.Different styles, same story, bebé: a trauma tango. And here’s the part nobody wants to admit — you’re not just punishing them. You’re punishing you.Every time you shut down, blow up, or go full novela mode, your heart is keeping score. These aren’t flaws — they’re protective patterns your inner child built to survive. So here’s the real question:Are you reacting from your healed self… or your hurt self?Shadow work isn’t about being perfect. It’s about breaking the loop.So next time that trigger hits — pause.Breathe.Ask yourself: “What does little me need right now?”Sometimes it’s space.Sometimes it’s words.Sometimes it’s just love without conditions. And if you feel called to go deeper — into boundaries, ancestral healing, or this shadow work we’ve been walking through all month — I offer transformational one-to-one containers. No groups. No recordings. No modules.Just live, raw, uncut work — me and you, together.✨ 3 months — Love Thy Self✨ 6 months — Love & Know Thy Self✨ 12 months — Soulful Mastery Entrepreneurial ProgramBecause your healing? It’s worth the real work.

    DAY 8 — SOUTH: The Heart ❤️‍🔥

DAY 8 — SOUTH: The Heart ❤️‍🔥Welcome to Day 8 of the Shadow Work Series, mi gente.Today we move into the SOUTH of the Medicine Wheel — the heart. This is where emotions live, where tenderness, grief, rage, joy, and love all sit side by side.Today’s question is real simple, but real deep:👉 What emotion do I not feel safe expressing — and why?For some of you, it’s anger, because you watched it destroy things. For others, it’s sadness, because once you started crying, you didn’t know if you’d ever stop. And for some… it’s even joy, because somewhere along the way you learned that happiness always comes with a price. Here’s the truth though — what once kept you safe is now keeping you small. That emotion you’ve been stuffing down? It’s living in your body. It’s shaping your choices. It’s silencing parts of you that deserve to breathe. So today, we LET IT OUT.🗣 Scream into a pillow.⚡ Beat your mattress with a bat.💪 Punch a bag at the gym.😭 Cry until your chest feels lighter.😂 Laugh until you snort. The only rules?Don’t hurt yourself. Don’t hurt anyone else. This is release — not destruction. And as you move it out, pay attention.Notice what rises — memories, feelings, old stories. That’s your inner child whispering,“Finally… you’re listening.”Healing doesn’t come from pretending everything is fine.It comes from giving yourself permission to feel all of it.

  49. 49

    DAY 7 — EAST: The Mind ✨

We’re closing out Week One, Day 7 of the Shadow Work Video Series, mi gente. This week we’ve been sitting in the EAST of the Medicine Wheel — the realm of the mind. This is where our mental shadows live… our beliefs, our conditioning, our ancestral programs.Today’s reflection is simple but potent:👉 What’s a limiting belief that once protected you… but now cages you?Maybe it kept you safe at one point. Maybe it helped you survive. But ahora? It’s just holding you hostage. So today, we release it.Write it down.Light your candle.Burn that shit. And say it out loud:“This no longer owns me. I am free.”🔥 The contract with survival mode is officially OVER.You’re not here to stay small.Step out of the cage — and into your freedom.

Today’s question cuts deep:✨ What truth am I terrified to speak out loud? This one?Not for the faint of heart. This is for the brave soul who is exhausted from shrinking.Tired of hiding.Tired of betraying their own spirit just to keep everyone else comfortable.Because the truth you’re afraid to say? That’s not the problem. That’s the doorway. That’s the key. That’s the medicine. In this episode, I don’t just speak my truth—I claim it.I cast it.I breathe life back into the parts of myself that were silenced for survival. And I invite you to do the same.Because when you finally name what you’ve been avoiding…When you dare to say the unspeakable…When you stop swallowing your truth to keep the peace…That’s when real healing begins. So don’t rush this one.Sit with it.Say it out loud—even if your voice shakes.Let it move through your body. Let it rewrite your reality.Your truth isn’t here to destroy you. It’s here to set you free.✨
