Day 219: Jeremiah 1-3

Welcome back to Day 219 of our Bible reading journey. Today we begin the book of Jeremiah, reading chapters 1 through 3. In these opening chapters, we witness God's call of a young and reluctant prophet, reminding us that God often uses ordinary people to deliver extraordinary messages. Jeremiah is commissioned to speak truth to a nation that has wandered far from the Lord, even when that truth will be difficult to hear. We'll see God's heartbreak over Judah's unfaithfulness, His warnings of coming judgment, and yet His enduring desire for His people to return to Him. Through vivid imagery and powerful words, these chapters reveal both the seriousness of sin and the depth of God's covenant love.
