Welcome to Day 27 of our Shadow Work Series! Today, we confront a heartfelt question: “What version of me am I ready to forgive?”This one cuts deep, mi gente (my people). We all have those past versions of ourselves we might cringe at—the one who begged for love, the one who stayed too long in toxic situations, the one who didn’t recognize her own worth. But remember, those versions of you kept you alive; they brought you to this very moment. 🫀So today, I challenge you to write a love letter to your past self. Thank her. Forgive her. Let her know she can finally rest. And if you find yourself ugly crying while doing it?
