Day 4/100 - More than robots in a machine churning out results…

I’ll be honest I started off thinking I would talk about one thing and ended up talking about this instead, but it’s turned out to be exactly what I needed to say today. We are creating a systemic culture change that instead of a machine that sees the component parts as robots churning out grades, is a beautiful living ecosystem.
