Fear can move faster than facts.One message arrives.The body tightens.And within seconds, the mind has built an entire future around it.Lesson 48 gives us a direct interruption:“There is nothing to fear.”This does not ask us to deny what is happening.It asks us to stop letting fear decide what it means before we know.Practice for TodayWhen something disturbs your peace, pause before following the mind into the future.Repeat slowly:“There is nothing to fear.”Do not use the sentence to judge yourself for feeling afraid.Let it interrupt the rush.You may also say:“I do not have to face this from fear.”“Fear does not know the whole truth.”Then return to:“There is nothing to fear.” This is a public episode.
