You may have something useful to say and still remain silent.Something meaningful to create and still keep it hidden.A way to help and still wonder:Who am I to do this?We often call that humility.Lesson 61 asks us to look again.“I am the light of the world.”The light is not status or performance.It is what becomes available to others when truth, care, clarity, and contribution are no longer being withheld.Practice for TodayRepeat slowly:“I am the light of the world.That is my only function.That is why I am here.”When you notice yourself shrinking, ask:“What am I withholding because I am afraid of being seen?”It may be:a sentence,a boundary,a piece of work,an act of care,or the willingness to receive appreciation.Let one small expression of light move through you today.
