I’m recording this late in the day, after a long day of creating systems and governance, more changes to who I am and the labels I choose for myself!Watched Dear England, the Gareth Southgate story and I loved it. I’ve always respected him as a manager, putting the humans at the centre, rewriting stories and creating connection.He spoke about us all bring links in an unbroken chain, stretching backwards and also forwards.This resonates so much for me right now in this process.
