With bad weather and housing challenges in Perth, his outlook soured. However, he bounced back strong, breaking his performance record and giving me hope.Despite these setbacks, logistics have been tough, especially without reliable public transport. Fortunately, a close friend offered to help with transportation, easing the burden and allowing me to focus on growth.Reflecting on the situation, I considered shifting to the American solar market, drawn by its potential and low saturation. But I realised the importance of a stable foundation here before expanding.Thankfully, Jerry’s excellent performance in operations has been a bright spot. I contemplated scaling down to a leaner model but decided to stay the course.
