DayTrippers (Season 4 Episode 2) Bugout

from Legends of Tabletop Podcast · host Legends of Tabletop

Ulla Vangelis – Leslie Reggie Carlisle – John (Beta) Trae Mowaka- Jesse Jack Nash – John (Prime) GM- Tod Foley Grabbing a few useful items from the camp as everyone packs up, the group escapes to Ulla's bugout spot: a renovated RV, camouflaged in an innocuous location ten miles to the south, where they get to know each other a little. She has water and some bathtub booze, and they kick back to talk while explosions to the north verify the destruction of her old abode. Ulla tells them about her past with Wolfram, and how she fled (without precisely describing the technology she has in her head – a fact that Trae notes). Trae also recognizes the company’s name, though he doesn’t remember CRABB having any relations with them. Neither Somnambula Inc nor Diaspora Labs seems to exist in this world; there is no such thing as "DayTripping," and Ulla has never heard of SlipSpace. Nash does his best to explain their own backstory and how they got here, but it sounds completely insane, and Trae’s injections of detail aren’t really helping. Finally, just as Baby Reggie finishes explaining how (a) this might actually be an unstable reality and (b) their messing around with timelines and lucid dreaming may have somehow caused all of this reality-fracturing stuff (both of which are a lot for Ulla to take onboard), the group is interrupted by a squad of little killbots in the yard out front. http://daytrippersrpg.com https://www.patreon.com/asif Twitter https://twitter.com/CORErpgsystem CORE on Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/corerpg/ CORE Discord https://discord.gg/eM5u4XesXr CORE on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/COREroleplaying CORE Products: https://www.drivethrurpg.com/browse.php?filters=100202_0_0_0_0 https://www.etsy.com/shop/MidwestResinGeek https://www.patreon.com/legendsoftabletop Theme music created by Brett Miller http://www.brettmillermusic.net/
