The lawsuit that everyone has been talking about is over. Duke University and Darian Mensah finalized a settlement that would allow each to go their separate ways, and we discuss it on DBR Bites #138. Jason and Donald discuss what the settlement means for all parties and how it will affect Duke Football moving forward. Donald discusses why a settlement was always the most likely result and what it could mean for NIL deals at Duke and elsewhere. Darian Mensah - and Cooper Barkate - have both moved on, committing to Miami last night. Now, the focus turns to the players that remain as they start the preparations for the 2026 season. We also get into the 2026 Duke Football schedule, which was released on Monday night. Duke has a loaded schedule, but champions always get tested in the season after they win.
