Een nieuwe aflevering van De Ondernemer gemist? Valentijn van Santvoort mede oprichter van Holie Foods was te gast in De Ondernemer. Na een carrière als strateeg bij onder meer HAVAS, Media.Monks en VICE, stapte Valentijn van Santvoort in 2019 in bij Holie Foods. Zijn ultieme droom was om een eigen 'challenger brand' in de markt te zetten: een merk dat de gevestigde orde laat zien dat het anders kan. Holie doet dat inmiddels door klimaatpositief te ondernemen met lokaal geproduceerde 100 procent suikervrije granola. Daarnaast is het bedrijf ook al een aantal jaar B-corp-gecertificeerd. Je vindt de ontbijtgranen en repen van Holie bij vrijwel alle grote Nederlandse supermarktketens en flitsbezorgers in Nederland en België. Ook internationaal liggen er plannen: voor groei kijkt Van Santvoort naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Misschien wel het land als het gaat over ontbijtgranen. Om het VK en daarna Europa te veroveren lanceerde Holie eind vorig jaar een plan en crowdfundingcampagne. Van Santvoort wil blijven groeien en innoveren. Jonathan van Noord ging met hem in gesprek tijdens De Ondernemer.
