Alella és la DO més petita de Catalunya. S'hi fa vi des del temps dels romans i durant segles va ser la zona vinícola que abastia Barcelona. Els seus set cellers reivindiquen la pansa blanca, la varietat reina de la DO, i ens mostren, a través de les rutes enoturístiques i de la gran varietat d'estils de fer vi, com és una de les denominacions d'origen cabdals de Catalunya. Per parlar-ne hem convidat Quim Batlle, president de la DO Alella; Xavi Garcia, enòleg del celler Marfil; Pepi Milà, copropietària del celler Can Roda, i Rebeca Ruiz, tècnica de la Ruta del Vi DO Alella. També visita el "Tast vertical" Mònica Perelló, directora comercial de la Cooperativa Vinícola de Sarral, i acomiadem la temporada d'estiu amb una última proposta de Dorian Picart: arancello chai.
