De praesesverkiezingen aan UHasselt brengen elk jaar vijf weken lang leven op de campus in Diepenbeek. Studentenverenigingen organiseren activiteiten en verkiezingen om hun nieuwe praeses te kiezen. Het evenement groeide uit tot een waar festival met duizenden bezoekers. Maar wat houden die verkiezingen precies in, hoe verlopen ze en waarom zijn ze zo belangrijk binnen het studentenleven?
