Dealing with Difficult Students

After 17 years in the industry I know that at some point going to have to deal with difficult students. Its just part of the journey and this helps you grow and develop your skills. 

What is a difficult student?

Why are they difficult? Be curious when someone is displaying behaviors not conducive to the classroom or online training you are delivering. 

How do you manage them? 

What strategies can you use?

Why is it important to have boundaries?

What can you do to manage and so much more is discussed in this episode along with some examples of how to manage and what FEAR does to a student and how you can help them overcome the fear and be more open to the learning.

As a trainer you play a massive role in how students experience learning especially when they have previously had bad experiences in their childhood at school and in their career.

And never forget, growth doesn’t happen naturally it happens intentionally is accessible to everyone!
