Growing up in Australia, the USA was seen as our crazy, bigger cousin, you were a true bastion of freedom, so why won’t you let Julian Assange Go? Is it because we don’t earnestly demand it?Or, despite our people fighting in all your wars, and dying in them, do you actually have no respect for us as a people as a nation. All Julian is guilty of is being a true journalist, a Prince of Free Speech, a Duke of the Truth, but instead of being tormented by North Korea or China, he is being tortured by you, and the only reason being, is because you want to use your unconscionable treatment of him to frighten off others who might want to share uncomfortable truths.You are also, predominantly a Christian Society, and God is the light, and that light is the truth.My suggestion, remember who you are, and let him go.Or at least let us speak to him.
