Death of a Guru: What does it mean for us?

Today I am processing the death of my teacher, @gurujagat...I shed some tears, talk about the state of the world as I see it, and offer some resources to deal with trauma if you are at the effect of a dysregulated nervous system. I hope this episode helps you recognize the importance of grief, being still, and waiting when the direction of action is not perfectly clear.
