Debate - Will China replace the US in 2021?

Most of the cities in China are fearful and uncertain about what could happen to the nation again.” Meanwhile, Chinese government seems to hold ambivalent attitudes.During the national conference, Chinese President Xi Jin Ping urged everyone to follow the rules, and encouraging international partners to “trust” the capabilities of the Chinese government, China is ready to “save” the world. If this were to become worse, could Chinese leader Xi Jin Ping balance his trust and power among the party members? How should countries like US, Britain, Australia join together to “get real information” before it is too late?
