Debra is an artist, creative visionary, Priestess, Shaman, and author.Her art has been a consistent thread throughout her life, whether it be painting, writing, or working with others. It is based on her spiritual journey, her Shamanic practice, and her strong connection to the natural world.For almost 20 years she was a life coach and personal trainer, a career that evolved out of her own experience transforming her life through bodybuilding. During that time, she developed a 12-week transformational program using the body as a vehicle for transforming your entire life.Currently, Debra’s work is a combination of painting, design, and writing.
