Debriefing with Bree and Lessons on Friendships

In this episode, we enter the chat with my older sister, Bree and get to display our unique bond! We also talk about our experiences with friendship breakups and the impact it had on our lives. Bree shares her perspective on the loudness of her friendship breakup and the importance of processing and healing. She also emphasizes the need to normalize discussing friendship breakups and the importance of choosing oneself and surrounding oneself with supportive friends.
