Send us Fan MailWhen we make decisions BEFORE the event that is one way we are taking care of how we feel in the future. When we meal plan we are deciding ahead of time what we will cook and eat so that when the day comes we feel relieved, taken care of and prepared. The last thing we want to do on a tuesday after work is make yet ANOTHER decision about what to feed our family. You already have made some decisions ahead of time like: being married, having children and showing up to them, brushing teeth. I want to encourage you to make MORE decisions ahead of time because when you do you are taking advantage of your human brain which has your best interest in mind, long term. Your animal brain wants to feel good immediately, not do any work and avoid anything painful - well junk food and netflix is not really great for us in the LONG run. SO go make some decisions!
