"Valentines Day doesn't have to suck!" is a campaign slogan from TWLOHA (To Write Love On Her Arms) - a mental health focused charity. It is a cause close to my heart, and an important time to remind people they matter! This mix has become an annual celebration of change. Change in life, attitude, perspective or whatever it is that helps you to cope with a fast moving world. Drum & Bass has been a staple part of my life for over 25 years, and the changing moods of the music have had an incredibly positive impact on me when I needed it.
