My guest today is Thomas Doochin, a dear friend and the lead facilitator and founder of Heart of Men, an organization that helps men become the leaders our world needs right now. He is the former co-founder and CEO of DayMaker a social impact startup that facilitated over $4mm in high-impact gifts for 25,000 children living in high-poverty communities. Thomas lives on and stewards 22 acres of land with both his family and his parents in the Appalachian Mountains.
