My guest today is Thomas Doochin, a dear friend and the lead facilitator and founder of Heart of Men, an organization that helps men become the leaders our world needs right now. He is the former co-founder and CEO of DayMaker a social impact startup that facilitated over $4mm in high-impact gifts for 25,000 children living in high-poverty communities. Thomas lives on and stewards 22 acres of land with both his family and his parents in the Appalachian Mountains. This is where Heart of Men is based.I have known Thomas since we were teenagers and I think that the work he is doing now with men is grounded, refreshing and transformative for many. My hunch is lots of men wander into coaching cohorts and men’s work spaces led by untrustworthy people and shoddy leaders.
