Defence Minister Angie Motshekga extends condolences to drowned SANDF members' families.

Rescue teams have recovered remains believed to be those of the missing SANDF member on the borderline of Mozambique and South Africa in Komatipoort, Mpumalanga.  Two soldiers were swept by the Nkomati river on Christmas Day when they were trying to cross on the low-lying bridge towards the Lebombo border post in a vehicle. The remains were found about two kilometres from the scene where the incident happened. Bongiwe Zwane spoke to SABC reporter Michael Mdluli
