Defense Filed a Motion RE Pre-Trial Filings With Trial Set for Fall 2026

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation per the First Amendment concerning the current status of State of Idaho v Stacy J. Wondra, dealing with the tragic Michael Vaughn case. We note that the defense filed a motion and the court seeking an enlargement of time to file pretrial motions prior to the forthcoming September 2026 jury trial, which the court granted.
