Delcer Wellness Centre reopens its doors to residents following SMART Rehabilitation under the OECS Regional Health Project

The Delcer Wellness Centre recently reopened its doors to clients and residents in the community after the successful completion of SMART rehabilitation under the OECS Regional Health Project. The Wellness Centre is now more resilient to managing public health emergencies and disasters. The rehabilitation of the Delcer Wellness Centre was carried out at a cost of over EC$843,000.
