Use the tools out there to cut down on the time it takes to run your online presence.  Figuring out who you are, and what makes you/your brand different is a key to online success.  Fear of being judged is an important barrier to overcome when creating your online presence.  Digital marketing is all about the emotional response customers have when they view your brand. A strong negative emotional response can easily turn away a potential customer.  Follow up with the good and bad reviews. Following up with a good review is a great way to elevate that customer's experience, and get them to recommend your business to others. Following up with a negative review lets you show potential customers that even when things go wrong, you are willing to work to make them right.  You aren’t what happens to you in life, you are how you react to what happens to you in life, online marketing is no different.
