Denied a second chance!? Did Dr. Now make the right choice?

I was confused by this one. Compared to patients he's dealt with in the past, Crystal seems like one of the most normal down-to-earth patients. Of course, she absolutely has disordered food issues as well as problems with anxiety. Her previous surgery, hernia, and closeness to becoming bedridden are big risk factors in her making it. I was rooting for her to get some help and just caught off guard by how many struggles seemed to pop up and hold her back. Even with all of her issues going on, there must be hope right?
