Today I am chatting with author and speaker Kimanzi Constable.  For 10 years Kimanzi worked at a job that he absolutely hated and every single day he dreamed of quitting but like so many of us, dreaded losing the steady income and didn't know what life would look like without the stability of a "job job". There were many things that he wanted to change in his life. He was overweight and in fact lost 132 pounds in 8 months only to put it all back on, plus some! He was living in a state that has extreme winters and he likes warm climates. In fact, his plan is to move from Wisconsin to Maui in 2012.  Kimanzi finally got so sick of hearing himself complain, either out loud or internally and committed to stop making useless excuses and take action on his dreams. He wrote and self-published a book about finding our work and find work that you love. This book has sold an astonishing 70,000 copies to date!
