Lori Saitz (pronounced Sites) is a nationally recognized expert in using gratitude to boost client retention, increase referral business and improve business development efforts. She is the founder and CEO of Zen Rabbit, which is a concierge type company specializing in “multiplying profits through sweet appreciation.” Lori works with business owners & sales teams to make it easy for them to keep more of their clients for longer by incorporating appreciation tactics into their existing marketing strategies. Zen Rabbit is also known for making The Gratitude Cookie™, a delicious cross between a butter and a sugar cookie that has been used by hundreds of companies worldwide to say thank you. Lori has been playing  - she says playing because she has so much fun - at marketing and communications for more than 20 years. She’s been a radio personality in South Florida. She has served as a pre-GED teacher and an adult literacy tutor and is a strong proponent for increasing literacy worldwide. In addition to running Zen Rabbit, she is a voice over talent (so if you ever need someone to record your voice mail message or the voice part of a slide show or recorded webinar, call her!). Lori spends her spare time at the gym – which makes sense if she’s eating Gratitude Cookies all the time.
