Denosa : Staff morale low at Dora Nginza Hospital

The Eastern Cape Health Department has obtained a court interdict to end the strike by staff at the Dora Nginza hospital in Gqeberha. Employees say they are overworked due to a shortage of staff at the hospital. They are demanding a fair working ratio. The department has urged employees to return to work to enable the full restoration of services, while engagements continue.
