Department of Defence doing the Investor's bidding

Defence has announced increased private investment to bolster the multi billion dollar defence budget. We look into the Advanced Capabilities Investment Fund and some of the companies poised and ready to take up the cash cow. It becomes blindingly obvious that defence decisions are all about the money, and not for "national security" as they would have you believe.
