Depression or Dark Night of the Soul?

I was "off". Really off- I thought I must be in a depression...well, I was, but not the kind we typically think of… A Dark Night of the Soul can look and feel a lot like a depression, but there are significant differences, and many do not know until after the fact. Did you also know that it can happen more than once? (yep! for a SECOND time in my case- awesome!) How to tell the difference between the 2 and what to do to help yourself through it.
