EPISODE 14: DESI’S ON THE ✨SPECTRUM✨On today’s episode I attempt to self-diagnose myself, talk about the importance of acknowledging neurodiversity, invalidate my brain ANDD try to figure out if I’m on the spectrum. 🙃Imagine if our desi parents had access to the knowledge and education we have now, I wonder if they would’ve had an easier time understanding their brains. Being more aware of my parent’s mental health has helped give them more grace and allow for forgiveness. It only took 25 years :) 😗I’m not a doctor, but I hope this episode inspires you to speak to your friends and family about mental health/ neurodiversity which hopefully results in you understanding each other better, and maybe you’ll figure if you’re on the ✨spectrum???✨ENJOY!  Hosted on Acast.
