"Desserts Fit for a Queen" on Top Chef S23E7

Season 23, Episode 7 of Top Chef continues in every kind of flavor in Charlotte.   First off there's a rocking chair intro from Kristen which leads us into our Cracker Barrel quickfire challenge with Guests from Bravo's Southern Charm, Madison LeCroy and Craig Conover. It's country classics reimagined, or, something like that.   Then the decadence is on full display when the giant dessert table gets rolled out and the chefs get to flex their sweet side.  Superfans get in on the action and get to act as judges and the varied baking skills are on full display.   We have a twist at the end as we start the preparation for... "Restaurant Wars" so you won't want to miss a thing with us.    There's an unfortunate and emotional goodbye and we're hilarious throughout all the ups and downs.   We'll take a look at all the cheftestants and see which category of ours they fit into; weeded, seeded or defeated.  It's gonna be a great season, y'all.
