After working on almost 200 murder investigations in 15 years at the Victoria Police Homicide Squad, Ex-Detective Jeff Maher now trains detectives at the police academy. Maher talks Peter Dupas, who was brought to justice for the murders of Nicole Patterson and Mersina Halvagis. Dupas was brought undone by his own methods.
